Ordering your new lease car from the Car Leasing Shop is as easy as 1,2,3; well actually 1,2,3,4 - but you get the idea!

First we need to make a credit application to the underwriters. Why? - Because they provide the money and dispose of the car at the end of the agreement! We use large reputable companies such as Lombard, Network and several others. We constantly compare rates from all of these companies to ensure you get the cheapest deal.  To make the proposal all you need to do is download our proposal form, fill it in and then either fax or post it back. You don't need to be a brain surgeon to complete the form - it's just basic stuff like name, address and bank details.   Sometimes, additional information is needed, but if this is the case we'll give you a buzz. At this stage you are not committed to renting a new lease car.

The usual credit scoring techniques are used to vet proposals. Once its been approved (this normally takes 24- 48 hours) we'll fax or email an order form to you.  This will confirm the make and model of the lease car you want, plus the rental details, excess mileage charge and the expected delivery time etc.  To proceed with your order you simply need to check this, indicate your colour choice, sign and then fax or post it back. Because identity theft is such a problem nowadays, you may need to send us a copy of your Driving licence and a recent proof of address such as a gas or electricity bill.  If you're a new Car Leasing Shop customer then a deposit of £250 will also be required.  At this stage you are committed to renting a new lease car.


On receipt of your signed order form your brand new lease car will be ordered from our supplier. All of the Car Leasing Shop's vehicles come from official UK Dealers - guaranteed.  Most cars will be ready for delivery within 2 - 3 weeks, however, if your car has to be ordered from the factory a longer wait may be experienced.  Before the  delivery date we'll send you the Hire Agreement paperwork for you to check and sign.  This must be returned, along with the balance of the initial payment, and any other documents that we need, before the car can be delivered.


All you have to do now is relax! We'll keep you informed of your cars progress and when its ready to go we'll give you a call to arrange a convenient delivery date. Remember, the Car Leasing Shop offers free delivery to any UK Mainland address.

Business User Finance Proposal Form Private User Finance Proposal Form
Business Users are sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, PLC's and charitable organisations. If you're not one of these you need the PRIVATE USER form. Private Users are employed or retired individuals.  If you're not one of these you need the BUSINESS USER form.

Once we've received your form we'll check it over and give you a call to let you know what, if any, additional information is required. We'll also be happy to answer any questions you have.
